Ruby is a student at Grand Valley State University working on a BFA in Sculpture. She works mainly in fibers, but has recently begun to admit she's gotten proficent/prolific in metals casting and other metal working. Right now, she is working on a project under the working name Michigan Makers, which is a artists/crafting group. It is a sprout from a Civic Studio project that began as a indulgence of her ongoing knitting obession that was happily adopted by others as well.
