The Colonial Theater was located at 750 Wealthy SE. There is not much information about the Theater on the Water-Winterwonderland site on which this reference was found. The current building on the site appears from the outside to potentially house a small neighborhood theater. Just beyond the lobby area the building gets taller with a large peaked-roof.
