Charles Eugene Belknap (October 17, 1846 – January 16, 1929) was the mayor of Grand Rapids in 1884.
He was a member of the Grand Rapids Board of Education (1878 – 1885), served on the Board of Aldermen from the Seventh Ward (1880 – 1882), and was mayor in 1884.
He died in Grand Rapids and is interred in the Greenwood Cemetery. There is a statue of Belknap in the Belknap Lookout neighborhood near Griff's Ice House/Belknap Arena.
